SHIPPING

When will my box ship?
Free shipping on all orders to the US Unless otherwise noted, all orders placed before 11AM. EST will ship the next business day with USPS. If placed after 11 a.m. EST, the box will ship in 2 business days. (so, orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday). 

What are your shipping speeds?
We offer a few shipping speeds you will see at checkout. NOTE: all are estimated ranges as we cannot guarantee any arrival date. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

¿Will I recive tracking information for my order?
Yes, the boxes contain tracking information.

¿Can I pay for faster shipping?
Yes, you can upgrade to priority shipping in 2-3 days once the product is received by USPS at checkout. Please note: USPS does not guarantee its shipping times.

Can I have a gift arrive on an exact date?
Not at this time, as we partner with shipping partners like USPS to ship all gifts. Please note, all ranges are approximate and NOT guaranteed.

¿Do you ship international?
Currently, we only ship to the United States.

Help! don't see any shipping update.
USPS will receive your package 1 business day after it was ordered (when placed before 11am) and it will show up in your system as soon as you scan it. If you don't see an update on USPS tracking within 3 business days, please email makingwonderful gmail.com we'll help.

¿Where does my box ship from?
We ship from Long Island, NY.

ORDERING

Help! put in the wrong address!
Address changes, please contact makingwonderful@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the changes needed. If it is something we can do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can. If not, we may not be able to accommodate this change.

What's your cancellation / refund policy?
